Fundraiser Admin: Create An Account/Login

This page is for fundraiser administrators. If you are looking to purchase a bundle, please click here (link to BUY A BUNDLE page).

Fundraiser administrators must create a brand-new account. It doesn’t matter if you have participated in previous years, you must create a NEW account with a NEW login and password.

Please review the following information before registering/logging in:

ORDERING

  • A minimum of $1,000 in orders is required to participate in Farm to School.
  • Your fundraiser will launch 55 days prior to your specified delivery date.
  • The deadline to order is 10 calendars days (including holidays and weekends) prior to your delivery date.
  • Schools/Daycares/Organizations must pay for bulk orders by credit card only

DELIVERY

  • Deliveries to schools and daycares will occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your selected delivery date.
  • Please ensure volunteers are available throughout the day and can lift 50 lbs. The driver of the delivery truck is not able to help with unloading the truck due to liability issues. Trolleys or carts are recommended to help transport the vegetables into your facility.
  • Ensure your school/daycare/organization has adequate space to receive and sort the vegetables.
  • Any communication regarding delivery of your order must be done directly with our Farm to School Coordinator, not the delivery truck company nor driver. Any negative communication with the delivery truck company or driver is deemed unacceptable and will result in a penalty to participate in the Farm to School Program thereafter, for a period of 2 years.

SORTING

  • Once vegetables have been unloaded off trucks/vehicles, volunteers will need to sort out the bags of vegetables into Bundles A or B and bag within the shopping bags provided (one reusable bag per bundle).
  • Please note that bags are not provided for Donation Bundles A or B.
  • Plan for volunteers to assemble the vegetable bundles for distribution to those who purchased. It is helpful to have an assembly line for each bundle size starting with the included shopping bags (one bag per Bundle A or B), followed by the potatoes and then with the other veggies on top.
    • BUNDLE A: 2lb carrots, 2lb onions, 5lb potatoes
    • BUNDLE B: 3lb carrots, 3lb onions, 10lb potatoes, 1lb parsnips, one cabbage

DONATION

  • Please note that bags are not included in the Donation Bundles A or B.
  • Upon signing up for the fundraising program, the administrator must select to either:
    • Choose to have all donation bundle produce delivered to your organization directly. When you receive the delivery, you will ensure the donation bundle produce is then delivered (by you) to a charity of your choice. You agree to communicate this process and procedure directly to your community, so purchasers are aware. Peak of the Market Farm to School is not responsible to communicate to your purchasers how the bundles will be delivered.
      OR
    • Choose to have all donated bundle produce delivered to a food bank of Peak of the Market Farm to School’s choice. Peak of the Market Farm to School will look after delivering the donation bundle produce on your organization’s behalf. You agree to communicate this process and procedure directly to your community, so purchasers are aware. Peak of the Market Farm to School is not responsible to communicate to your purchasers how the bundles will be delivered. Food banks are provided a list of all supporting Schools/Daycares/Organizations that have donated to them on behalf of the Farm to School program. A letter is sent to Farm to School administrators as confirmation once the donated produce is delivered.

DISTRIBUTION

  • Once the vegetables are sorted, determine a plan to distribute the freshly packed vegetable bundles to those who placed orders as quickly as possible. Any quality concerns of produce must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.
